Cameron Scadding


Cameron is a Forensic and Analytical Chemist and an expert in his discipline. He has extensive complex investigation experience; with specific experience and expertise in supply chain security and managing supply chain risks. Cameron is a highly sought after consultant and experienced and respected business leader, with skills in packaging complex scientific approaches and technologies for broad application in the market (commercialisation).

He has extensive executive experience and is the CEO and one of the Founders of TSW Analytical Pty Ltd., a Perth based scientific investigation service and technology company that turned 10 in 2016. Cameron is a Director of TSW Global and eReveal Technologies (a Digital Forensic and e-Discovery Software Solution Provider). In addition to this executive experience, Cameron has previously held senior research positions in both academia and the private sector, and served as a Director of a not-for profit sporting organization.

David Wheeler


David Wheeler has more than 30 years of senior executive management, director and corporate advisory experience. He is a foundation director of Pathways Corporate, a boutique corporate advisory firm that undertakes assignments on behalf of family offices, private clients and ASX listed companies.

David has engaged in business projects in the USA, UK, Europe, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Singapore and the Middle East. David is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a director of ASX listed companies OZ Brewing Ltd, TW Holdings Ltd, Castillo Copper Ltd, Premiere Eastern Energy Ltd, Antares Mining Ltd and Eumeralla Resources Ltd.

Rob McKenzie


With over 35 years experience in the corporate and commercial areas of law, Rob is a partner at Jackson McDonald, Western Australia’s largest independent law firm. Rob is a member of Takeovers Panel, a peer review body which regulates corporate control transactions in Australian entities, primarily by the efficient, effective and speedy resolution of takeover disputes and is ranked as a leading Australian restructuring and insolvency lawyer in Chambers Asia Pacific 2016, Who’s Who Legal International 2016, Legal 500 2016 and Doyle's 2016 and in commercial law, corporate law, corporate/governance practice and franchise law in Best Lawyers in Australia 2016 Edition. He has acted on a number of Australia’s most significant listed company reconstructions and was a pioneer in the use of insolvency structures such as creditors' and members' schemes of arrangement, voluntary administration, deeds of company arrangement, creditors' trusts, backdoor listings and reverse takeovers in Australia. He was also national chair of the Law Council of Australia’s Committee in the area. Rob has also chaired the Law Society of Western Australia’s Commercial Law Committee, is a founding member of the International Insolvency Institute, was a representative of the UNCITRAL working group on cross border insolvency in Vienna and taught part-time at the University of Western Australia for 10 years. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Founding Member of the International Insolvency Institute, a member of ARITA and a Committee Member for Turnaround Management Association. As a member and past Chair of both the Law Council of Australia Corporations Committee and Law Council of Australia Insolvency & Reconstruction Committee as well as the Law Society of Western Australia Commercial Law Committee, a former Commisioner of the WA Football Commission and former Director of hte West Coast Eagles Football Club, a Director of Black Swan State Theatre Company Ltd, past Chairman of Hole in the Wall Theatre Company Ltd and a Director of the Australian Institute of Neuro-rehabilitation Ltd, rob offers a wide range of advisory skills to TSW Global.
